Controller
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center’s (MassCEC) Controller will be responsible for the accounting operations of the entity and other aspects of financial management, reporting directly to the CFO. The Controller will manage the development of accounting policies, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and comprehensive internal controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the MassCEC's financial results. The Controller will ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. The Controller will have one direct report and will interact with all levels of the organization.
Program Manager - Workforce Equity Outreach
MassCEC seeks a talented and experienced candidate to serve as a Program Manager for Marketing, Outreach and Partnerships for Workforce Equity Programs. The Program Manager will play a key role in brand development, promotion of workforce equity programs, partnership development and strategy development for all workforce equity programs. This position will focus on developing workforce equity program marketing content, communications, and stakeholder outreach. The role will serve as advisor for workforce equity grantees, promoting and branding workforce equity programs that serve environmental justice neighborhoods, women- and minority-owned businesses and former/current fossil fuel workers to achieve the state’s 2050 net-zero emissions goals. MassCEC expects the responsibilities of this position to evolve and expand as MassCEC develops and initiates future workforce equity programs.
