Production Costs:
MassCEC will notify the requestor of any associated cost with production prior to beginning work to produce the request. Any production costs will be incurred in accordance with the following:
- The first four hours of work performed to respond to a public records request will be performed at no cost. After that, MassCEC may charge up to $25 per hour.
- Electronic Copies: No charge for duplication*
- 1-4 precisely defined documents: No charge**
- Black and White Hard Copies: 10 cents per page for single- and double-sided copies.
- Color Hard Copies: 50 cents per page

PV in PTS. This report includes all Massachusetts solar electric systems that are registered in the Production Tracking System (PTS), with sortable project information including installer, total cost, and town.
SREC Capacity Factor Report. A report detailing the ratio between the amount of energy produced by the solar system and its optimum nameplate (labeled) production capability for systems registered for Solar Renewable Energy Certificates.The eleven-year average net capacity factor for solar PV systems in Massachusetts is 13.05 percent (2010 to 2020).
