Bevi is a developer of smart point-of-use water and flavored beverage machines, eliminating bottled water usage and reducing energy consumption associated with the bottled drink industry by over 80%. The company was awarded a $40K Catalyst grant in fall 2013 to build its first prototype, and went on to receive a $150K grant through InnovateMass in 2015. Most recently, Bevi received a $1M venture debt loan from MassCEC in 2016 to expand commercialization. Bevi machines are now deployed in hundreds of locations across the country, and in April the company announced it will be shipping Bevi machines to Hong Kong and Singapore for pilot testing.
